Meet Our Team
Dr. Shantel White
DNP, CRNP, Founder
Dr. Shantel White is the owner and founder of Tulua Aesthetics and Wellness. She is a doctoral prepared advanced practice professional. She completed her undergraduate studies in Las Vegas and her graduate education in neonatology at Vanderbilt University and family practice at Mount Carmel College. She has eleven years’ experience in the neonatal intensive care unit, with the past seven years being a medical provider.
She began her injectable aesthetics career in 2021 with colleagues and branched out to open her own clinic in 2023. She has a special interest in bioregenerative medicine and injectables and strives to provide the most up-to-date practices to her patients with safety as the number one priority. Through her advanced techniques and aesthetic eye, she provides natural looking results to her patients.
Dr. Courtney El-Zokm
MD, Medical Director
Dr. Courtney provides medical director services to Tulua Aesthetics. He is a well-known and well-respected respected plastic surgeon in the greater Houston area.
He is a Texas native and obtained his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M and studied Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center. Shantel has been a long-time surgical patient of Dr. Courtneys and when seeking a medical director, for Tulua there was no question that Dr. Courtney would be the perfect fit. Dr. Courtney is the owner of his own practice, Dr. Courtney Plastic Surgery.
Andrea Foster
MSN, CRNP
Injector Apprentice
Andrea is an apprentice to Shantel and is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She completed her undergrade degree in nursing at Dillard University in New Orleans and completed her master’s degree in nursing, family nurse practitioner in 2021 from Walden University.

She has a wealth of nursing experience and is a wonderful addition to the Tulua family.
Fabiola Moreno
LE
Lead Esthetician
Fabiola is licensed esthetician and a Houston native and is bilingual! She pursued a career in esthetics that grew from her teenage years and personal struggles with acne and hyperpigmentation. She completed her education at Houston Community College in 2017. She is a laser hair removal expert with a vast background treating patients with different laser modalities. She has also served as an educator for a large laser institute.
She has a passion to guide her clients in choosing the best skincare regimens to improve their results and their self-confidence. With her vast knowledge and passion for skincare, Fabiola makes a perfect addition to the Tulua family.
